Melbourne-based operatic baritone, Michael Lampard is regarded as one of Australia’s leading young operatic singers with a vast repertoire and critically acclaimed performances in Australia, Europe, the United Kingdom, Asia and the United States. A principal artist with companies such as Opera Australia, Victorian Opera and Melbourne Opera he performed extensively in Opera and Musical Theatre as well as the concert and recital platform in music ranging from early music to newly commissioned works specifically for Michael. 

An experienced teacher with more than 15 years of private studio teaching, as well as teaching at the University of Tasmania and in schools, he has taught solo and group singing lessons (classical and music theatre through to more contemporary styles), music theory and history, as well as being an experienced conductor and choral leader.
